Darbhanga has a population of 346,160 and is the tenth most populous city in Bihar. It is known for its rich cultural heritage, exquisite handloom work, and delicious sweets. The Raj Darbhanga Palace and Mithila Museum are popular attractions.
Muzaffarpur has a population of 351,838 and is the ninth most populous city in Bihar. It is a significant commercial center and is famous for its litchi fruit production. The Baba Garibnath Temple, Jubba Sahni Park, and Ram Chandra Shahi Museum are some popular tourist spots.
