Roorkee is a city in the state of Uttarakhand. It’s a municipal corporation in the Haridwar district and is known for the Indian Institute of Technology and Roorkee Cantonment. Roorkee is 184.3 kilometers north of New Delhi and 70.02 kilometers from Dehradun.
