Christianity is the majority religion in Denmark and 75.8% of the polish population identify themselves as Christians. Among Christians majority follows the Church of Denmark, which is an Evangelical-Lutheran Church. The rest of the population consists mainly of Catholics, Orthodox, Jehovah’s Witnesses, and Other Christians.
Non-Christian faiths account for 5%, and the remaining 19.1 % are classified as unaffiliated, which can mean agnostic, atheist, or “nothing in particular.”
Islam is the second largest religion in Denmark and is followed by 4.7% of the population. Other small religions practiced include Judaism, Hinduism, and Buddhism.
