Ujjain City and District Population

The initial provisional data released by census India 2011, shows that the density of Ujjain for 2011 is 3282 people per sq. km. The Ujjain city administers area is 157 sq. km
LITERACY RATE
The average literacy rate of Ujjain City in 2011 was 84.43 %. If things are looked at gender-wise, male and female literacy was 89.66 % and 78.90 % respectively. The total literate in Ujjain city was 385,193 of which 2,10,075 are males while 1,75,118 are females.
SEX RATIO
