LITERACY RATE

Kanpur Nagar District Population
Kanpur District was divided into two districts, namely Kanpur Nagar and Kanpur Dehat in the year 1977. The two were reunited again in 1979 and again separated in 1981. Kanpur Nagar district (Urban Kanpur District) is one of the districts of the Uttar Pradesh state of India. It covers an area of 10,863 sq. km. As per the census 2011, Kanpur Nagar District’s population is 4,581,268 (45.81 Lakhs).
